Stop burying high-value topics. Top-level URLs win rankings
Top-level pages always rank better for broad, competitive terms because they receive more internal links, backlinks, and crawl priority
Landing pages and listicles consistently outperform generic “/tools” index pages because they target clear search intent
Child pages under weak, low-traffic parent folders never reach their full ranking potential
A thematic URL structure always strengthens rankings by grouping related topics into authoritative category hubs
Entity–attribute pairing is the fastest way to build powerful thematic categories that search engines understand
Top-level thematic pages like “/ai-avatars” reliably outrank nested structural URLs like “/tools/ai-avatar”
Pages with top-level folders dominate because they accumulate stronger link authority and are crawled more often
Building subpages under a strong thematic parent maximizes both the parent page’s ranking potential and each child page
SeeThruLens is a platform documenting real-time growth toward executive leadership in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry — through clarity, integrity, and purpose.
I’m Lencie Plancher, and here I share honest experiences from the lab to the boardroom: leadership development, career strategy, workplace growth, and the mindset required to lead at the highest levels.
Beyond career conversations, SeeThruLens also explores wellness, faith, lifestyle, fashion, and what it means to stay grounded while building a life — not just a title.
This channel is for those who are ambitious, values-driven, and committed to becoming who they’re called to be.
Leadership. Life. Called to More

How does a wind turbine work?
Wind turbines convert the kinetic energy of wind into electricity. Modern wind turbines operate by wind turning propeller-like blades, which then drive a generator via shafts and gears. The two main types are horizontal-axis wind turbines (HAWTs) and vertical-axis wind turbines (VAWTs). HAWTs, the most common, resemble airplane propellers and have two or three blades. VAWTs can harness wind from any direction and have blades that rotate around a vertical pole. The rotation of the blades drives an electrical generator, converting mechanical energy into electricity. These turbines can be used individually or in wind farms for larger-scale electricity production.
